Dollar Playlist Club provides a song submission service where users can pay $1 to submit their track to five hand-selected, premium playlist curators ("the Service").
3. No Guarantee of Placement
No Placement Guarantee: By using our Service, you understand and agree that playlist placements are not guaranteed. The final decision on whether to place a song on a playlist rests solely with the individual curators.
Dollar Playlist Club does not influence or control the playlist curators' decisions.
4. Third-Party Curators and Submissions
We work with various third-party curators and playlist managers to submit your songs for consideration. While we carefully select our curators to ensure they are reputable, Dollar Playlist Club is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or decisions made by these third parties.
5. Service Fee
The fee for submitting one song to five playlists is $1 (USD). This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the submission.
6. No Fake Playlists or Bots
Dollar Playlist Club commits to submitting songs only to authentic, genuine playlists. We do not work with any curators who use bots or fake engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your music when submitting through our service. By submitting your song, you grant Dollar Playlist Club and its curators the right to listen to, review, and feature your song on their playlists if they choose to do so.
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you own all necessary rights to the music you submit. You must ensure that your submissions comply with all relevant copyright laws.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to submit content that infringes on the rights of others, contains offensive material, or violates any laws.
10. Modifications to the Service
Dollar Playlist Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or termination of the Service.
11. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Service if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in illegal or prohibited activities.
